Easter 2018

We have the following events taking place at our Church, leading up to and including our Easter celebrations.

6 Week Lent Bible Study

Each year we hold a 6 week Lent bible study.  These will run from every Wednesday 14th February to Wednesday 21st March.  This year the focus of the studies will be 'Growing together in prayer.'

You would be welcome to attend all of the bible studies over the 6 week period; you will be equally welcome if you can only attend one of the meetings.

Palm Sunday

Our Plam Sunday meeting will be held at 10.30am on Sunday 25th March.  This meeting will be led by our Band and Songsters and focusses on Jesus' triumphant entry into Jersusalem and marks the begining of Holy Week.

Prayer Week

Our hall will be open for prayer every day from Monday 26th March to Friday 30th March (Good Friday) between the following times

7am - 9am

2pm - 4pm

7pm - 9pm

Everyone is welcome to come during any of the above times and spend some time in private prayer or contemplation.

Good Friday

Our Good Friday meeting will be held at 10.30am on Friday 30th March

This is always a very poignant meeting, where we think very deeply and lovingly about the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross for each one of us.

Easter Sunday

We will be gathering together for our Easter Sunday cooked breakfast at 9am - everyone is welcome to join us.

Our Easter Sunday meeting will take place at 10.30am on Sunday 1st April

We join together to praise and worship God for His great love for us, and to celebrate the ressurection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Following the meeting we gather outside our hall for what is now our traditional church photograph.

We then hed to the seafront for an open-air meeting by the pier.
